Carrot stuffing, side dish recipe, Thanksgiving, Christmas
Out of a cook book fluttered this magazine clipping. I have no idea as to which magazine, the time period or anything else about this recipe. Only that it is unique in it's use of carrots in stuffing. Carrots are not the only seldom used for stuffing ingredient to be found in this recipe. Wheat Germ which was very popular in the 1980's, maybe giving a hint to the recipe's age, is also used. There are no serving suggestions. I think that this stuffing though would go with just about any meat one would stuff with it or as a side dish baked alone.
