So I love my Avon but once in a while a product comes out that you just can't help falling in love with. I love my skull bow l. This was such a fun way to jazz up some hair pins and barrettes with the kids.  So simple and easy my 6 year old could do it completely on her own. We only needed the bobby pins and barrettes, some nail polish  and Paper or card which really helps keep things cleaner. Instructions: 1.
