Here is the last one for now of leftover turkey recipes. Again this is a sandwich filling and again it is rather unique. I haven't often seen olives and turkey together.  This is again a very simple and quick recipe to make that would be lovely for tea sandwiches as well as lunch size with a good cup of soup.  This recipe does not take into effect the fact that we the modern cooks have so many choices of stuffed olives to chose from in our stores so do feel free to try any variety you like best. There may be no dessert out there that harkens to Christmas like the Plum Pudding with a bit of holly on top to decorate it. Usually one sees recipes for pecan pralines but this tropical twist is fun and tasty.  Lovely and unique these to make excellent Christmas gifts for exchanges and family.
