Peppermint Cream Dessert, Frugal Quick and Easy Vinatge Holiday Recipe

Holiday potlucks and dinners are already beginning to happen and this recipe is made for those large groups. A singe batch will serve 25 affordably. people and instead of bowls plastic wine cups look great with this dessert. I personally like chocolate shavings on top instead of syrup but each his own. The syrup can be drizzled on the inside of cup before pouring in cream for a fancy look as well. 
The recipe calls to garnish with crushed peppermint candies but really a small candy cane is cute or crushed Andes candies, even just a leaf of peppermint.

Buy them today! Do you ever go into the big fancy Stores and smell all the perfumes and fragrances and then just about pass out from the prices?  I used to, then I realized I could buy comparable scents at a fraction of the cost from Avon. Then I realized they had others that were far, far better then those on the shelves. This was all about a year or two before I started selling Avon by the way.  Here is a list of fragrances that I put together.
