Vintage pie fillings, Butterscotch, custard, molasses and banana pies, half are gluten free
A good, simple pastry crust is the base of all of these pies. Just chose a filling and away you go! Two of the recipes are gluten free, just use a gf pie crust or bake in a dish with no crust at all. The custard can be made low carb with a stevia sweetener and baked in a glass dish. Keto dieters will appreciate that.
