Vintage Hershy's Chocolate sponsers add with recipes

Often forgotten in the world of advertising collectables are the ads from the self printed cookbooks. This one from the 1950's was a sponsor advertisement in a Church or grange book. The cover was gone but there was a page with a note that this was reprinted from 1952 and 55 on a page thanking some women for their hard working collecting all the recipes.

Buy them today! Do you ever go into the big fancy Stores and smell all the perfumes and fragrances and then just about pass out from the prices?  I used to, then I realized I could buy comparable scents at a fraction of the cost from Avon. Then I realized they had others that were far, far better then those on the shelves. This was all about a year or two before I started selling Avon by the way.  Here is a list of fragrances that I put together. I spoke to a few people I know and asked them to tell me what my Avon scents would compare to because I seriously couldn't do this on my own and everyone has a slightly different take so I wanted to have a survey so to say about it.  SO take a look at the list and see if any of them just might be what you are looking for! Lipstick samples!!! Ok almost every little girl loved when the Avon lady brought out the adorable little samples of lipstick. "Just my size" .  I still see that glow when my samples come out.
