Caramelized Pear Turnovers, dessert, breakfast,fall baking



Usually I share recipes from the past but this time I'm sharing one of our Avon recipes. To feature some of our amazing home products we have highlighted our Avon Living Book with this delish recipe for Caramelized Pear Turnovers.




Avon has this wonderful line of baking tools. From sifters to servers this recipe utilizes those products. The turnovers can be filled with anything you want, but as someone with a tree full of pears about to start dropping I was pretty happy to see this one! 
The Avon Living Sweet or Savory Dough Press is awesome for more then just these. Pierogis, pocket sandwiches, empanadas or hand pies are all made a little easier with this tool!

The recipe was created by Frances Boswell, food stylist and is featured on page 23 of our living book. I have take photos of the book for example.
