Tomato Relish Recipe for table or canning, use up crops

The season to harvest is here! Are you over run with tomatoes? Put them up now to brighten your table later in the year.  This relish has a bit of a bite with some horseradish but if you don't like that heat just leave it out.


Let sit in fridge for a day or two and serve with meats and sandwiches. Or can it as you would any relish. Follow the directions that come with your canner.
