The Most Delicious Ribs in Sauce !

Memorial Day just kicked off the summer season and I have collected a whole bunch of recipes just for the summer season! There will be sauces for the grill and smoker, burgers, ribs, salads and cool treats all coming up over the next few weeks!  To kick off we're starting with this awesome barbecue sauce for ribs and chops! We have used it for pulled pork as well! So yummy and if the batch is a little much for you feel free to leave it in the fridge for later use.  Ribs we cooked on smoker for 3 hours, sauce and smoked another hour or so and then wrapped in foil and left in a roaster for at least another hour or until everyone was ready to eat!

I found this vintage recipe in a binder I picked up at a garage sale. Some one had kept it with strictly torn out pages of books, magazines and backs of cans and what not for years. Start date was 1958 I assume by the note in the front. The binder was given to the woman at her bridal shower to collect recipes to "please" her husband. I think this was probably from the mid '60s or so based off the coloring and style of picture on back of a different recipe.

Due to allergies I use a vegan Worcestershire and it's still very yummy. We also like it hot and use at least double the amount of hot sauce!
