Artichoke Omelet is low carb and keto friendly

Anyone doing the keto diet is looking for a different way to cook eggs. Same as people who just really like to eat eggs. Well this omelet is perfect for you. Artichokes and mushrooms give this omelet an earthy taste while anchovy brings in a who different flavor profile altogether!


According to the diet app I use (MyFitness Pal) this comes in just over 3 net carbs a generous serving! Not too bad! This has a very Italian feel to me.
