Lenten Dinner, Perch Fillets, Quick and Easy Meal, fisherman's favorite

For generations it has been a Lenten tradition to not eat meat on Fridays during from  the time of Ash Wednesday until Easter.  There is only so many fish sticks a person can eat. This simple to make perch dish is a favorite of fisherman who bring in fresh fish as it can be made over a campfire or in the modern kitchen. 


Serve up with a side of  asparagus and caper sauce for a tangy touch that complements the light and simple fish.
