This advertisement came out 80 years ago to celebrate Avon's 50th Anniversary.  It came out during the great depression. Women would spend a few extra pennies with Avon to lift their spirits all the while helping other women earn the much needed money their families so desperately needed. Just one of the ways being an Avon Lady helped support the American Woman in our rich history.

Buy them today! Do you ever go into the big fancy Stores and smell all the perfumes and fragrances and then just about pass out from the prices?  I used to, then I realized I could buy comparable scents at a fraction of the cost from Avon. Then I realized they had others that were far, far better then those on the shelves. This was all about a year or two before I started selling Avon by the way.  Here is a list of fragrances that I put together. I spoke to a few people I know and asked them to tell me what my Avon scents would compare to because I seriously couldn't do this on my own and everyone has a slightly different take so I wanted to have a survey so to say about it.  SO take a look at the list and see if any of them just might be what you are looking for!
