Gluten Free Spoon Bread, Vintage recipe
Naturally gluten free I have to admit I am finding many recipes in these old books that do not need wheat flour. This leads me to realize that the need for wheat based products was not always so very strong in our society. I have also found that the recipes are simpler and often tastier. This one with a little butter... right? Am I right?
