Recipe Of the Day 1/23/17 ~ Crullers

So today as I looked through a cookbook I inherited from my Mother. It was her mother's and in pretty rough condition. As I tried to open it the paper bag cover my mom had put on it split and recipes fell out that I had never seen.  I never met my grandmother as she passed when my mother was quite young but I got excited to see her handwriting along with others of traded recipes. So for a bit I will be sharing these treasures of mine.  This one  is not in Grandma's hand writing but is one of the easiest to read.

Buy them today! Do you ever go into the big fancy Stores and smell all the perfumes and fragrances and then just about pass out from the prices?  I used to, then I realized I could buy comparable scents at a fraction of the cost from Avon. Then I realized they had others that were far, far better then those on the shelves. This was all about a year or two before I started selling Avon by the way.  Here is a list of fragrances that I put together. I spoke to a few people I know and asked them to tell me what my Avon scents would compare to because I seriously couldn't do this on my own and everyone has a slightly different take so I wanted to have a survey so to say about it.  SO take a look at the list and see if any of them just might be what you are looking for! Lipstick samples!!! Ok almost every little girl loved when the Avon lady brought out the adorable little samples of lipstick. "Just my size" .  I still see that glow when my samples come out.
