Recipe of the day 1/14/17 ~ Rolled up lunch that's Gluten Free
Having wheat allergies in our home we basically eat a gluten free diet, well half of us do anyway. Roll ups as we call them have replaced the sandwich in our home. Any cold cuts can be used to make many variations of these. A favorite in our home is a Stromboli version with genoa salami, pepperoni, capriole and provolone cheese rolled up. I am also fond of roast beef with horseradish spread.
