Baked corn, vintage side dish, Thanksgiving ready, Gluten Free Conversion.

This corn pudding of sorts is a simple and tasty side dish that pairs well with so many main course meals. From your Thanksgiving table to chili night baked corn can be served up as your carb. Great topped with stew, smothered with taco fillings or just plain with a little butter. A good down home dish.

Note the recipe calls for canned or fresh corn. Fresh is always best, but a defrosted frozen corn works just as nicely.

Gluten Free Conversion: Simply change out the 2 tbls. flour for your favorite GF version, I just use a corn flour so as not to taint the flavor at all.
