Gluten Free Old Fashioned Baked Tapioca Custard, vintage dessert recipe



Although one can find tapioca in most store still it is not a popular ingredient.  It fell off the charts decades ago but is making a come back with the advent of the gluten free era.  This vintage recipe is naturally gluten free and very yummy. 



It can be topped with any fruits though berries are best in my opinion. Syrups can also be drizzled over the top be they fruit or chocolate.
