As far as chicken salads go this one, molded with gelatin is certainly different. Definitely something everyone will be talking about when you bring it out. It can be sliced and served like a wedge salad or made in smaller single serve molds and served over shredded lettuce or micro greens would be quite nice and fancy coming from the right molds.  This is a creamy chicken salad with some chunks of veg and when it says diced finely it means it, chunky will not mold as well.

Buy them today! Do you ever go into the big fancy Stores and smell all the perfumes and fragrances and then just about pass out from the prices?  I used to, then I realized I could buy comparable scents at a fraction of the cost from Avon. Then I realized they had others that were far, far better then those on the shelves. This was all about a year or two before I started selling Avon by the way.  Here is a list of fragrances that I put together.
