My Favortie Avon Espira Suppliments, Help you get Sleep, Keep Calm and Healthy

Lets get this out there was a bit wary when Avon said it would be brining out a health and wellness line. Like any goo Independent Avon Rep I tried our products before bringing them to the public and low and behold these 3 became a steady part of my daily routine.

The multivitamin is a given. Overall just a good product. My doctor looked it over for me and was happy with it so I was. Like our other Espira products you can purchase individually or sign up for our auto-replenish plan which we offer a special on to save you money.

Now I suffer from some anxiety which in turn causes me some rough moments through out the days and way more insomnia then I would like to happen. I have added the Espira Calm to my every day regiment and am very happy to say I have seen a continued decrease in my anxiety spells. This was, is so very important for me. 

Now back to that wicked insomnia... I hate that insomnia. Now I have found our Restful Sleep formula doesn't make me all groggy and crazy sleepy all at once. No this is more a gentle sleepiness that takes me quietly into sleep once I lay down instead of immediately out. I fall asleep well and stay asleep unlike my normal interrupted sleep and if I do wake up, you know pets, kids and other craziness, I am able to fall back to sleep which usually I won't do. I am also happy to say I only need half a dose of this to have this effect, my doctor recommended trying half dose first then if need go to full which I haven't had to do.  I am able to wake up in the morning without being groggy which is a plus over many of the sleep aids I have used in the past. Waking up refreshed and rested has also helped with my anxiety. It helps when you start out in a good mood.
