Parsley Jelly, vintage herb jelly recipe, canning, homestead, frugal

When the season to harvest your herbs comes in it can be a lot to take in. How much dried or frozen herbs does one house hold need at any given time. Well think towards the colder months. Gift giving, hostess gifts at the holidays or just a sweet touch of something different to liven up a meal. This jelly is perfect for all of those things.
This is some old school jelly making and I do not personally know anyone who still uses wax while canning. It's simple just can as you would any other jelly.

I am not a lover of food coloring. If you feel you need your jelly to be green then by all means go for it. If you don't think it needs it then leave it out.
