All gone Salmon-stuffed eggs, Keto and low carb

For decades the quintessential picnic/potluck food has been the deviled egg. You see each families version up on the table, sometimes two or three or more versions at a time..lol  Make yours stand out with this Salmon filled version that will barely make the table before they are all gone. 

Odd bit about this egg recipe is the notable lack of mayonnaise. Butter is used in this one giving a very different rich and creamy feel without that tang of mayo. Not being a mayo lover I really like this.
Dressing this up a little is easy. A bit of chive either chopped or a small sprig will not only look nice but taste good as well. Parsley is a little dated but would still be nice as would a touch of dill.
This is a great recipe for the keto folks. Using MyFitness pal App, this comes out to just .2 carbs! Which makes these a great dish to take with you places or an awesome snack to make and leave in the fridge!
