Decadent Barbecued Rock Lobster Tails

What else says decadence more then lobster? This ultimate entrée from the grill has a oriental flare with orange and ginger. These little snippets were found in my friend's, Gram's catechism, I have no idea at all why she would have kept this there. Nor does anyone else who knew her! A mystery for sure.


We have guessed that a "generous" dash is probably about a 1/4 teaspoon. Now aromatic bitters are usually used in an old fashioned, the drink but they used to use them in more then just swanky drinks!




There were these detailed instructions for prepping the lobster. Gram grew up in Pennsylvania and probably didn't have too many occasions for fresh lobster so this recipe with frozen would have been perfect for her. I would use a fresh one myself.
















The recipe it's self is quite easy and not one that will take all that long to prepare.
