Cranberry apple fritters
It's apple time! We love to eat our apples and this is one of our favorite breakfasts! Cranberry juice adds a tang to the flavor without being over bearing.
Cranberry Apple Fritters
(gluten free conversion)
16 oz Baking mix (Gluten free works too)
2 cup chopped apple
2 eggs
1 cup cranberry juice
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
coconut oil
Mix together everything minus coconut oil in a bowl. Fry in coconut oil as one would do pankcakes.
