Ice Cream Treats

* Note this is not a diet food. It is a recipe that I played with to lower the carbs and fat. I did this with sugar replacements and using fruit as the majority instead of cream.
Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh or frozen berries (about 1 lb. Blue, black or strawberries are good but be adventurous try a mix or Loganberry or as above elder berry)
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of stevia/monk fruit powder (depending on how sweet your berries are, and how sweet you want the result to be use up to a cup)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups full fat plain yogurt (full fat yogurt is preferred, if you use low-fat or non-fat yogurt, substitute 1/4 cup of coconut oil for a healthy fat that will smooth out the texture)
- 1/2 cup whole milk
